Sponsor Forms & Raffle Tickets

Please use this form for any sponsorship that you obtain for the season. Any business wanting to purchase a banner to be displayed at the park will need to submit a logo/digital file to acrumpton@rockcreekbaseball.com

Please make sure the forms are completely filled out. Sponsorships must be turned in by the due date, which is currently TBD, but will be prior to opening day.

Any amount raised through sponsorships does go toward your player(s) $50 fundraising requirement.

Please feel free to print off raffle tickets if you need more than what you are given by your team mom. The due date will announced at a later date, but will be prior to opening day. Raffle tickets are $5.00 per ticket. The raffle will take place on opening day, March 14th. There will be three winners: one for the Simmons Sporting Goods gift certificate, one for the Jess's Dresses gift certificate, and one for the Uncle Sam's gift certificate. Winners DO NOT have to be present on opening day to win.
