There is a Mandatory Criminal History background check. Background check is required for all Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches. Background checks will remain confidential by law and results are only seen by the Rock Creek Ballpark President and USSSA Representative.

Tournament Team Uniform Sizing

Uniform sizing for all tournament teams will take place on the followings dates:

Saturday, December 13th 10:00am - 12:00pm

Sunday, December 14th 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Monday, December 15th 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Players and coaches must attend at least one of these three dates in order for correct sizing of jerseys, hats, and pants (players only) to be received.

tournament schedules

Once the tournaments are made available for scheduling the USSSA Representative will coordinate with you regarding the tournament schedule. All tournament teams will be scheduled a minimum of (6) six tournaments. More tournaments may be added, such as a Regional, State, and World Series tournament. These tournaments are not included in the current tournament fees ($350.00).

2026 Spring Tournament Coaches

Tournament team coaches must register with Rock Creek Baseball, undergo background checks, sign the coaches code of ethics and waiver, and complete required safety certification courses through Coach Safely. Coaches will coordinate with the USSSA Representative regarding team rosters, uniforms, team fees, and tournament registrations.
